√Tidak Bisa Print/Create CSV e-SPT PPh 21, PPh 22, PPh 23, dan PPh 4(2) - "Unhandled exception has occured in your application"

 Jika anda mengalami kendala tidak bisa menampilkan print preview pada  e-SPT PPh 21, PPh 22, PPh 23, dan PPh 4(2) kemudian muncul notif  "Unhandled exception has occured in your application. if you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. if you click Quit, the application will close immediately.Could not load file or assembly ‘CrystalDecisions.Windows.Forms.Version=10.5.3700.0. Culture=neutral" berarti ada yang tidak sesuai dengan Crystal report pada PC/LAptop anda. Apapun jenis PC/Laptop anda instal lah SAP crystal report 32-bit.

Berikut langkah-langkah mengatasi masalah tersebut :

1. Masuk lah ke Control panel - program and feature - uninstal program - cari program "SAP Crystal Report  runtime engine for .Net framework(64-bit)" . Uninstal program tersebut dan restart PC,
2. Download dan instal SAP Crystal Report  runtime engine for .Net framework(32-bit),
   
3. Selesai.
